All three endings

Sources checked Ending names and Steam percents checked 18 Oct 2026. The day-13 route and Esc timing are community reports (whisper-style guides, PlayerEcho, Blueprinted floors) and are marked Unverified. Endless Mode’s block is from the V1.0.30 notes.

Quick answer

Three endings, all on day 13. Walk right and pay the debt, or walk left for a Double or Nothing coin.

Payoff is ...And They Lived Happily After. A winning coin is Let It Ride! A losing coin is End of the Line.

Do the payoff first. When the achievement pops, press Esc and quit immediately so the late-run save survives.

Reload, take the coin once, and quit again at the popup. The same reload usually repeats the same coin.

To get the other coin, reload the final-day lobby and change one shop action before you flip again. If it still repeats, a new save is the honest fallback.

Day 13 has two exits

The store says the game has three endings and about two to three hours of play. It does not describe them. The names Let It Ride!, End of the Line, and …And They Lived Happily After are on the store’s highlighted achievements, and all three are hidden, so Steam shows no official description until you earn them.

Every detailed route below is from community guides. They agree on the shape: twelve casino days, then a final choice. They disagree on how reliably a shop reroll changes the coin. That disagreement is in the failure table on purpose.

Checked against V1.0.30 Endless Mode blocking endings is official patch text. The Esc timing is not.

One save, three endings — Esc timing
Step
What you do
Achievement
When to press Esc
Step 1
What you do Reach day 13 with enough in the shared bank to pay. Take the right-hand payoff first. Do not flip the coin yet.
Achievement ...And They Lived Happily After
When to press Esc The moment the achievement pops, press Esc and quit to the menu or close the game. If you watch the ending through, the late-run save can be overwritten.
Step 2
What you do Reload that same late-run state. Take the left-hand Double or Nothing once, and keep whichever coin you get.
Achievement Let It Ride! or End of the Line
When to press Esc Esc and quit again as soon as that second achievement pops. Write down whether the coin won or lost.
Step 3
What you do Reload the final-day lobby, before the choice. Change one thing at the shop: buy an item, reroll stock, or alter the item route. Do not change five things.
Achievement Setup only
When to press Esc You are not quitting from an ending here. You are moving the route, then going back in.
Step 4
What you do Return to the choice and take Double or Nothing again.
Achievement The coin result you still need
When to press Esc If the coin repeats, the shop action did not move the relevant state. Reload earlier and change a different single action. A brand-new save is the fallback, and it means playing the days again.
Failure modes
What goes wrong
What you see
What to do instead
What goes wrong You stay in the ending
What you see The achievement popped, then the save moved on.
What to do instead Esc out at the popup. The popup is the save point, not the credits.
What goes wrong Same coin every reload
What you see Win, reload, win again. Or loss, reload, loss.
What to do instead The flip is seeded to the route. Change a shop action before the choice. Clicking the coin harder does not reroll it.
What goes wrong Shop reroll does nothing
What you see You rerolled and the coin still matched.
What to do instead Players report this. Reload from earlier in the final day and change a different single action. Do not stack five rerolls and then guess which one mattered.
What goes wrong Payoff was never banked
What you see You cannot clear the debt, so the safe ending is blocked.
What to do instead Finish day 12 with the debt covered. The exact “full debt” check is community-reported.
What goes wrong Endless Mode is on
What you see Day 13 never offers an ending.
What to do instead V1.0.30’s patch notes say Endless Mode blocks the ending and the ending achievements. That toggle is chosen on an empty slot and cannot be changed after the save exists.
What goes wrong You did the bad ending first
What you see The useful late-run state is gone.
What to do instead Payoff first. Coin flips after. Protect the run, then break it.

Steam percents on that first table are global unlocks on 18 Oct 2026: Let It Ride! 14.5%, …And They Lived Happily After 11.3%, End of the Line 11.0%. The choice text next to them is Unverified.

Why Esc is the whole trick

Reloads in this game replay a seeded route. That is useful for Mine Sweeper and painful for endings. If you watch the ending play out, guides say the save advances and you lose the branch. The popup is the moment you still have a choice.

Press Esc. Quit to the menu, or close the game. Then load the same slot. You should be back before the choice, not in a finished file. PlayerEcho describes this as “quit before the day ends, and the load returns you to the start of that day.” If your client does something else, stop and do not keep clicking. The route is community-tested, not guaranteed on every build.

Moving the coin without pretending it is a fresh 50/50

Take the first coin result you are given and quit. For the opposite result, do not stand in the same lobby state and press the same choice. Guides say the flip is already locked by then.

Change one pre-choice action:

Then flip again. Write down what you changed. If the coin matches the old result, that action did not move the state. PlayerEcho notes players for whom a Misfortune Van reroll did nothing. In that case, reload from earlier — the final-day lobby, or the save before the final day — and change a different single thing.

A new save rerolls the route because it is a new seed. It also costs you the days. Use it when the late save is exhausted, not as the first idea.

What the scenes are, if you want them

These are community descriptions, hidden by default.

There is no secret fourth ending in the sources checked here. The launch-coin achievements (The Gambler’s Blessing, Unlucky :(, Not Feeling It) happen at boot, not on day 13.

Endless Mode

From the V1.0.30 notes, in plain language: you can turn Endless Mode on in the per-save rules before the slot is created, if you want to keep gambling. Doing so prevents you from seeing the ending, and you cannot unlock the achievements related to the different endings. The developers suggest beating the game first. The setting cannot be edited after the save exists.

Floor achievements are not what that paragraph is about. Do not assume Endless is a 100% file.

If an ending achievement does not pop

Run the failure table before you call it bugged. Hidden achievements with no Steam description are easy to mis-route. A repeated coin is a seed, not proof of a glitch. A missing payoff is usually a bank that could not cover the debt — guides say you need the debt covered, and the exact figure is Unverified.

Then check the save was not created with Endless Mode. Then check you quit at the popup rather than after the scene. If all of that is true and the matching achievement still does not exist, report it with the build name from Steam. This page will not add it to a glitch list without that.
